Barr McIntosh Advisory was co-founded by Colin Barr and Tamara Barr of Barr McIntosh, a boutique Search & Selection firm. We saw a gap in the market. No one was offering job securement advice or personal career or start-up mentoring to professionals.

We established Barr McIntosh Advisory to pass on recruitment industry secrets to on-the-market professionals, jobseekers and career advancers and to give real-life mentoring to start-ups and small businesses.

Candidate Care has always been a very important part of our ethos. We realised that, due to company mergers, takeovers and reorganisations, there was a need to mentoring to the many experienced professionals finding themselves on the market for the first time.
